Is your jewelry really handmade?
Yes, really! Our jewelry is formed, hammered, stamped, wrapped, and finished by Naomi Martnick in her home-based studio.
What materials do you use?
Our gemstone symbolism line is handmade with genuine gemstones, copper, sterling silver, and 14k gold fill metals.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Tarnish happens naturally when certain metals meet the air. Use a soft polishing cloth or mild soap and water to clean. We do not recommend jewelry dips for cleaning.
If you ordered copper jewelry, it will naturally patina. Some like this look but if you want to clean the copper use a fresh cut lemon with some salt to clean, rinse with light soap and water, dry well and it should give it some shine again! I use raw copper for the attributes absorbed through the skin, there is a light coating on some but over time it will patina naturally.
What about preventative maintenance?
Storing jewelry in an airtight container, such as a jewelry box or zip lock bag, will slow tarnishing. Moisture is jewelry’s kryptonite. For this reason, do not bathe, have hot tub parties or go swimming while wearing jewelry. Went dancing? Live in a tropical climate? Fun! Be sure to wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth after removing it!
Can I get that chain longer or shorter?
Of course! Contact us about chain lengthening/shortening before purchase, please!
How long will my order take to ship?
Your jewelry is made to order, which means we begin making it only after you order it! Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If you need this rushed please send an email before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
Most packages will ship USPS First Class Mail. Higher value packages will ship USPS Priority Mail. If you’d like a different shipper, let me know, we can accommodate! International packages ship USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship USPS First Class International Mail to countries across the globe. Please note, International orders can incur customs duties and/or be subject to other taxes and fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient.
Does shipping include insurance?

Can I return something?
Yep. Jewelry purchased from our website can be returned in like-new condition within 7 days of receipt no questions asked with only ONE exception. Custom jewelry cannot be returned, unfortunately. Can I return something I bought at a boutique or through a catalog?
Nope. Sadly, we can't. Sorry :(
